An Excerpt from Thoughts Shared with a Friend

I neither accept or reject fatalism but it goes somewhere along the line that all things lead to the point to which they are headed because they are already there which is why they must arrive there.

They've been heading there all along because things must be where they are. We cannot change what things are because we cannot change the state of being.

Floating through this notion to my next notes on being is the duality of being and not being - which it seems all things are at once. I have and do not have a firm grip on what I'm saying because I can only convey so much in text because the complex mental alchemy - of the energy of thoughts sparked and received in consciousness into words - fails me regularly.

Wells of Wishes

Down into the wishing well
Down the wishes will fall
Falling wishes down into
the wishing well
Wish them well these wishes
Might as well be written well
Onto bits of paper as wishes
Sent off in bottles to fishes
Though the bottles are open
And out will come spilling
These wishes to fishes
Like dozens of kisses
As waves that do not crash
Upon foreign shores
Because they wouldn't be wishes

8!

This week is zipping by and suddenly I find myself in 1-14-11 which is like 2 on each side of 4, or a total of 8, or a celebration 8 and it's factors.

The day celebrated this with me.

Compassion come.

Great Times Unfolding

Breakfast for dinner.

Savory pancakes and hot sauce with a fried egg are a nice twist.

Today I am feeling a great energy of endless possibility. I welcome this with a smile.

Resting

A good day off is as refreshing as a drink of water.

I shared the day with my love.
We put our love into our food.

What a wonderful day.

A Quiet Hello

This new year has quieted me with it's beauty.

I suppose that this new calendar brings peace of mind. It's a nice quiet, a moment for attention to the beautiful details. I feel that I've started small and looked up to find myself surrounded by beauty of such magnitude.

I will visit such great heights this year. I am joyous and grateful.

My year's mantra: Be worthy.

What grand wonders await.
