Lazy Mornings

Early in the morning I found myself rolling to and fro. There's a diminished energy after strenuous days intermittent delicately with age. After a bit of cat stretching and reading, I rose from my soft bed and out to the world.

It is filled with sunshine and art.

Clear Ears Hear the Cheers

I certainly feel that lately the challenge in life has been to transform the gaining potential into motion. (Sonic the hedgehog spinning round and round)
Last week, I felt a certain stagnation followed by a lag, as though I couldn't keep up. All of this was followed by an immense release on Sunday, brought to peace with meditation. This week I feel a gain in physical energy and am enjoying each step in front of the last. I took some time to clear my head--literally--Moshe and I assisted each other in ear candles and now I keep hearing the strangest things! The torches brought me back to a time where blenders are loud! Cars are loud! Life is loud! Alas, I still can't understand what most people say to me. Damn enunciation.
A quick veggie burger cooked with garlic, onion, green sweet pepper, a red jalepeƱo, and basil put on top of one slice of 12-grain whole wheat bread spread with hummus and mustard, topped with pita chip crumbles for crunch made my life happy today after training. Each motion is exciting, the food is great, and each day is another pleasure.
Cheers.

Treasures

We each are our own universe.

There's something universal and timeless in age. In my opinion, the connection lies somewhere beyond the realization that our years and experiences do not separate us. They don't even define us. We all share age.
There is something magical about LSU at night. It's beautiful to share it.

Laughing among sculptures, tiny moons. and downtown adventures leave me joyous to be of service to others.

I envision M.I.A in this.

Certainly peering into a measure of time within the rabbit hole

There are many visits I plan to revisit. The first path will make good company for the many to come.

There is a sense of relaxation that comes with the feeling of beginning a new week after one filled with spontaneity. Things seems to settle and clear, welcoming the prospect of renewal. I feel the comforts of regimen and gratitude.

Beauti-tude

Life tends to be grand once you decide it is.
The flowers are beautiful.
I take time to enjoy, to see that my surroundings are beautiful.
I take time for myself. Today is a day for me and for more focus on beauty. I am gracious.

Little Feats

If you covered the same grounds on many travels, it seems that you end up in more places than you ever thought that could be in one place. It's interesting to see intricate patterns emerge, the fabric of motion.

Ideal Embers

Life is celebrated in brief adventures or stacks of pillows with hats. The two go hand in hand.

The Lemon Tree
In more ways than one, I've been watching art melt. The Art Melt only served to continue confirming the fact that the greatest art exists within our everyday lives.

Bits for Thoughts

Went on a lunch date and even the olive oil could feel the love. There's something great about having all of the elements offering peace to the situation. Great food, calm thoughtful atmosphere, thoughtful service from a peaceful friend, and love. I can not ask for more.
The sights I see fill me with gratitude for days full of hiking, days full of laughter, days full of randomness, days full of adventure, and days shared at work.

Introducing Brother Bear

I really think that Brother Bear is exactly what we needed in our lives.
