Summertime and the livings easy

I've got much love in this moment.

Love for the great tunes.

Love for an never-ending sense of adventure.

Love for the great people whom share this experience.

Love for the many things that life simply offers us.

Premonition

Something is certainly going on in our skies.

It is no surprise I suppose, we are living through a complex, interesting time of change.

As I feel something imminent in our skies, I stop and observe this Buddhist teaching.

"In the noble eightfold path, what is Right Mindfulness? Whatever one is doing, whether sitting, reclining, walking or running, inwardly be aware of the physical body. Recognize that you are not the body, and you will be free of everything."
- Digha Nikaya

This too shall pass.

Intangibles

Headed home from Bonnaroo 2010.

We are looking towards the welcoming Louisiana sky.

The treasures that I bring home are mostly held within.

Preparations

In my drafts, I found this collection of photos from a Saturday of adventuring.

I remember being inspired by the pier. I wish to help in preserving it. I want nothing more than to be certain that on any given clear day the pier is there for the view.

I am currently preparing myself for the view at Bonnaroo.

Everything has a place. I am working to leave things well settled and let the planning unfold. All parts of the house are considered.

The artists who performed Stabbed In the Art were confident in the theme that they were projecting onto canvas.

I'm living by the idea that if you are confident in the results, the means will present themselves.

I have been taking notes on the different areas of research I'm planning to partake in. It is planning by collection. Yes, this is a bit of a stretch for comparison, but I see this collecting as I see paintbrushes. The collection of paintbrushes will influence the painting.

Certainly, the art is dependent upon the artist using the paintbrushes.

As the painting unfolds the artist can marvel, but still, the painting continues to unfold with each stroke.

I'm taking a breath and welcoming the feeling of pushing forward. All is well.

The painting will be amazing.

Let the Rain Pass Us By

As the summer approaches we find ourselves upon a summer of small bits of passing rain.

When the storm passes there are lovely clouds to ponder.

This summer will bring forth more challenges for us to face. I plan to let the weather pass through me and to remain present.

Again one day the sun will shine and our waters will be clean.
